You've gotta tell us more than that. Did you read the instructions? Did you set up a shortcut file to include the AEoD files?
Set up a .bat file so it contains the following parameters (use Notepad and save it, then rename the .txt to a .bat file):
cd C:\Games\Doom 2\base\gzdoom.exe -IWAD "Doom2.WAD" -FILE "C:\Games\doom 2\base\WADs\Weaponry\AEoD.pk3" "C:\Games\doom 2\base\WADs\Weaponry\AEoDdat.pk3"
Adjust the file paths as necessary. Save this in the same location and have your Doom2.WAD in the same directory as your GZdoom.exe executable file. If your AEoD and AEoDDat.pk3 files are in the same directory, you can change it to look like this instead:
cd C:\Games\Doom 2\base\gzdoom.exe -IWAD "Doom2.WAD" -FILE "AEoD.pk3" "AEoDdat.pk3"
