i say that the aeod company have to put ghouls to the game like the sjas and gitterscull! i mean who dont like ghouls?
i just enjoing wathing other people feek out so i say that the company need to put ghouls in the game.
i dont say to put the creeper or the urei, but i think that the game will be a lot funner to play with that mod in aeod 6

ow and when aeod 6 will be relised?
i wonder? Question

AEoD has plenty of overpowered monsters and weapons. You just have to keep playing to find them.

you kould try making the wad a little more realistick and more 3d stuff
im telling you the more blood the more people will want to play the aeod 6

@explosions: Not everything is about going boom, truth be told. You have to think of other things too, laser beams and ray guns, all the good science-y stuff mixed in with wicked displays of magic. That's the love a Developer's gotta put into games, for example. Wink

and how about a spell that makes little sjases friends to kill the enemy!
or you kould make a life blaster that takes all the health frome the monster to you(slow pain!!!!)
ooooor a blaster that make the monsters disapeer and then dead?

Dark Matter Gun, Dispersion Gun's alt fire, Gluon Gun, SBC Cannon's alt fire... There's quite a few of those, mate.

It's clear he hasn't played AEoD enough or at all to know what each powerup does. You can't really blame him. I never paid attention to quite a number of powerups myself...

Yes. To be honest, I dont know how am I gonna stop ever. While the production time for each version is quite long, aeod is always in the works. You see, back when 5.0 was released, we couldnt stop for a minute due to the fact that more people playing meant more bugs being found, and that made us patch like hell. Then, when it was "stable" enough, instead of letting development alone, we immediately started working in v5.25 which added a completely new "mechanic": the damage types. While not the biggest breakthrough, it did represent a lot of work done in the mod's code and lots of planning. Also, patches were needed, but again, after some time, we got it stable, which is the version available right now (v5.29.1).

Cooke is my witness. I stopped aeod "production" for like 2 months (just because I wanted to do this thing), started another project (which I left unfinished, but I plan to retake it one day) and then AEoD pulled me back in. So, pretty much all this year we've been working in the mod. Unfortunately with a reduced team (Cooke and myself), since Ichor and Reilsss have their own stuff to do.

That sounds most tempting, but there's an issue: the AEoD development since the very beginning has been private. We dont go "look what we made and what we will add into the mod next" mostly because that's not the way I like to present stuff to players. I like them to simply get a new version unexpectedly and try it out. Sure, upon release we say what's new and what player needs to know, but that's only upon release. Teasing is fun, but honestly, I prefer to keep all the "good stuff" private until the time is right, and that is, when the mod is released.

But anyway, if is about teasing, all I'll say is this: The mod reached a very, very good shape already. I could say we are close to finish the development. However, once that's done, then a lot of time is dedicated to testing. So, dont expect anything too soon.

@DBT: Indeed I am a witness. In that time, I also began working on Disposable Heroes: ANGRY, but when things began to pick up speed again, I decided to lay it to rest until v6 is finished.

We work really hard, sometimes a little too hard, I wonder... NAW NEVER ENOUGH! The beatings will continue until morality improves!!! Razz
