|Subject: Modular design for AEoD v6? Wed Nov 09, 2011 2:58 pm|| |
At the ZDoom forums' thread some users suggested that different themed packages could be made in order to make the experience not so "random". This caught my attention because essentialy this would pretty much mean not only a customizable AEoD experience but the possibility of making new stuff packages for AEoD. Is it doable, and to what extent?

Making it "modular" is too much of a pain in the ass. It requires a lot of planning, and a lot of assumptions. We already have trouble with people using 2 files, now imagine if we make it more complex. Unfortunately that suggestion, while doable, is something I dont want to do with aeod.
