It appears the shock rifle projectiles, when "detonated", cause no damage to some enemies whatsoever, unlike hitting someone they actually cause radius damage to anything.

Bingos (HTC2Bingo) are an example. I cannot damage them with the explosions via detonation.

I'd think is kind of expected when you kept "NORADIUSDMG" on the monster.

Im thinking keeping the whole thing that way, since is quite strong, and doesnt consume any extra ammo. During all the testing it worked this way, not affecting monsters with this flag, and it worked fine. So instead of fixing the weapon, this might have to be dealt per monster basis.

"Fixed" in the HTC2Bingo scenario. That monster no longer has said immunity. Now, there's still another bunch of monsters that will remain unaffected.
