I find pretty odd that zooming-in/out with sniper weapons, dropping/throwing TNT or other throwable weapons can alert monsters. Specially the grenades issue. I mean, what noises can a grenade drop or "throw charge" can make? I believe that it should be silent.

You will make it easier for them to fix if you explicitly list what weapons do this.
