Here are some lists of some minor/graphic (possibly meaningless) glitches:

-You will switch to the Sawed Off when you pick it up even if the Auto Switch is disabled. Happens when you get the 2nd Sawed Off too.
-You can draw out some weapons that ran out of ammo, which is really annoying. A good example is the Head Hunter.
-Set's head can stick to the ceiling when he dies.
-The Chainsaw has it's active sound muted for some reason. You will still hear the sounds when you switch to it, when it turns on, and when it turns off. But while you're using it, it's soundless. The secondary fire still works though.
-The Jockey can ride mostly any monster on it's way. Sometimes it freezes in midair while it's riding something, and it can ride the Jackbomb.
-The Spitter's spit move causes severe infighting, specially in L4D Mode.
-You can still use the Drakan Sword to summon a dragon if you have 23 or less of Red Mana, but nothing will be summoned.
-Sometimes the Demonic Dices take a long while to have effect after they're rolled. I'm not sure why or how it happened though, but has more chances to happen if you roll three dices at once.

I will update the list if I find more.

-This one exists since version 5. Using the secondary Boom Bunny if you have only 3 remaining won't make the remaining bunny useable. You will change to another weapon if you try to draw out that Boom Bunny, until you pick up another one.
-The zombie from Blood is still a solid obstacle even after dying.

I thought of this as of a feature.

This is probably something along the lines of them getting stuck in other monsters who step on them as they're getting up. The fix they found to the problem is obvious: nothing will occupy this place if this place is still occupied.
Or do you mean exactly _dying_, not just knocked down?

Yeah, when they're down. If the space is too tight, he is gonna block your way until you blow him up.

Not bug, this is so you can drop the weapons and use alt-fire on weapons that have two kinds of ammo.

Maybe its processing it? The first time I saw the dice code it seemed to be extremely large. Also its only fair that theres some kind of delay to some effects so you can either adapt to the change or use the bonus fully.

Not sure this is a bug either. It used to be a lot cheaper and maybe they just hotfixed it a bit ugly, but the end effect is the same. Perhaps it just need to be done a bit better.
